Return and Exchange policy:

Our returns and exchange policy last 07 days of purchases. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Replacement is possible in the mentioned cases:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• If the ring or bracelet size is not suitable for you and you want a different size
• Contact within 1 day of delivery with proof of the arrival of the product in the damaged condition

Refund:

We don’t refund orders. However, we do offer exchanges.
